Don LeBlanc - President & CEO

Don founded The Business Accelerators Inc. in 2001 after working for Nortel Networks for over 17 years designing high availability telcom products. At Nortel, Don held a variety of leadership positions, successfully delivering both hardware and software solutions to global markets. He has held senior development and product management roles in Nortel's Access Networks, GSM Wireless Networks, and Enterprise Networks, including several years working in the US, France and England. Don has a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering degree from McMaster University.

Peter Krug - Chief Software Architect

Peter comes with over 25 years of software development, management and architecture experience in Telecommunications. His background includes architecting and delivering real time telephone switch software, embedded operations controller software for large optical networks, directory and service management applications, Network Management Systems for telecommunications equipment, and applications for handheld mobile devices. His experience includes serving as Nortel's Design Authority for OAM Systems in the Chief Technology Office. Peter graduated first in his class in Electrical Engineering at Concordia University, Peter lives by a quote attributed to Albert Einstein "Everything should be made as simple as possible, but not simpler".

Michael Alievsky - Director of Software Design

Michael Alievsky leads the Business Accelerators Software Design team. Michael has more than 15 years experience in development of telecommunications systems, real-time applications, and various embedded platforms. He also has first hand experience with bleeding edge technologies such as VoIP, GSM, and embedded LINUX.

Prior to joining The Business Accelerators, Michael held management and architect positions in companies like Nortel Networks, Trillium Photonics, and IBM. Michael holds an MS degree in Computer System Engineering from Moscow Technical University (MIREA)

Anatoly Abelev - Chief Software Designer

Anatoly has over 25 years experience specializing in the design and development of real time embedded systems, telecommunications systems, device drivers and interupt handlers. He has worked in most of the popular RTOS environments, including Linux, MQX and pSOS as well as designing and developing proprietary RTOS for customized applications. He has worked with most of the popular microprocessor architectures, including, PowerPC MPC8xxx, SHARC DSP, PIC16C74A, Siemens C515, Motorola M68HCx, ADSP2116x, Ubicom IP2K and others. Anatoly has extensive experience in RISC/CISC programming, interrupt and exception handlers, device drivers, board support packages, DSP architecture and programming. He has considerable protocol experience, having worked on VoIP stacks (SIP, SDP, RTP, RTCP), xDSL, ISDN, HDLC, RIP, OSPF, BGP, TCP/IP, NAT, TFTP, DHCP, SNMP, VLAN Ethernet, Bridged LAN, Token Ring, CAN, and MODBUS.
