CHASSIS MANAGEMENT

The chassis view is a graphical representation of the physical frame or structure of a multi-component entity. A chassis management application is generally used to visually monitor the status of a device, configure ports, or manage faults. The image on your left is an example of a chassis view of a typical communications system containing multiple components in a single frame.
